С главной фигурантки дела «Оборонсервиса» Евгении Васильевой сняты обвинения в хищении акций на 2 млрд руб., передает РИА «Новости» со ссылкой на корреспондента в Пресненском суде Москвы.
Суд решил, что обвинение завысило стоимость акций 31-го ГПИСС и представило недопустимые доказательства.
«Суд считает заключение экспертов недостоверным доказательством и не принимает его во внимание… Суд исключает данные доказательства как полученные с нарушением закона», — заявила судья.
В целом, обвинение вменяет экс-чиновнице Минобороны хищение порядка 3 млрд руб. Таким образом, сумма ущерба к настоящему моменту снизилась до 1 млрд руб.
