«Иностранными гражданами совершается каждое шестое преступление, в том числе убийства, причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью, изнасилования, кражи , грабежи, преступления, связанные с незаконным оборотом наркотиков, да и сами они нередко становятся жертвами», — заявил он.
В то же время в Москве мигранты совершают каждое шестое убийство и третье изнасилование.
