СК решил не заводить уголовное дело по факту обстоятельств смерти генерала Бориса Колесникова, якобы выбросившегося из окна здания Следственного комитета на Техническом переулке в Москве — в ходе проверки следователи не нашли признаков преступления. Об этом сообщает ИТАР-ТАСС со ссылкой на адвоката погибшего Сергей Чижиков.
«Вчера СК нам сообщил об отказе в возбуждении уголовного дела после проведения доследственной проверки. К сожалению, нам это сообщили в устной форме, а нам необходимы письменные материалы с обоснованием отказа», — рассказал Чижиков.
Он также добавил, что защита Колесникова собирается добиваться проведения повторной проверки. Адвокат также отметил, что комплексная судебно-медицинская экспертиза в ходе проверки не проводилась.
Генерал Борис Колесников вместе с бывшим начальником Денисом Сугробовым и другими экс-сотрудниками МВД проходил по громкому делу о превышении полномочий. Отмечается, что сотрудники МВД попытались завести дело о коррупции на сотрудника ФСБ, а Колесников санкционировал все мероприятия по провокации взятки.
Сейчас в СИЗО и под домашним арестом находится свыше 10 фигурантов этого громкого дела.
