Бюджетники Чечни перечисляют около 10% своих доходов в Благотворительный фонд имени Ахмата Кадырова, сообщается в расследовании газеты «Коммерсантъ».
Издание отмечает, что средняя зарплата в Чечне, по данным местного управления Росстата, составляет около 20 тыс. руб.
«Обычно удерживают какой-то процент из зарплаты. Но потом говорят: зато у тебя пенсия будет хорошая», — подтвердила Зайнап Межидова, возглавляющая местную НКО «Материнская тревога».
В свою очередь Минюст в ответ на запрос объяснил, что сведения о перечислениях денег в Фонд имени Ахмата Кадырова отсутствуют в открытых источниках, так как они якобы публикуются в чеченских СМИ.
Ранее информация о том, что жители республики якобы отчисляют деньги в фонд Кадырова, появилась в фильме «Семья». В опубликованном в понедельник на интернет-ресурсе YouTube фильме рассказывается о месте главы Чечни Рамзана Кадырова в системе российской власти, о его отношениях с президентом России, а также о созданной им в республике системе силовых структур.
