В Ленинградской области завершено расследование уголовного дела в отношении исполнителя заказного убийства главного архитектора Всеволожского района Эдуарда Акопяна. Об этом сообщили в следственном управлении Следственного комитета России по Ленобласти.
Из этого уголовного дела в отдельное производство выделено уголовное дело в отношении 36-летнего жителя города Выборга Ленинградской области Дмитрия Баранова, который застрелил архитектора выстрелом в затылок 29 января 2013 года. Он обвиняется в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п. "з" ч. 2 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство по найму), ч. 1 ст. 222 УК РФ (незаконное приобретение и хранение огнестрельного оружия).
