На депутата Госдумы от ЛДПР Алексея Митрофанова подан иск о взыскании долга в 67 млн рублей, а также просьба проверить его на причастность к убийству бизнесмена Олега Дергилева, кому он, как утверждается в иске, и задолжал вышеуказанную сумму. Об этом в четверг пишет «Коммерсантъ»
С соответственным иском в Дрогомиловский районный суд Москвы обратилась вдова убитого в прошлом году бизнесмена.
По словам представителя Анны Дергилевой Алексея Левкова, иск был подан на основании долговых расписок Митрофанова перед Дергилевым на общую сумму в 67,974 млн рублей.
Жена убитого попросила СК РФ проверить Митрофанова на причастность к убийству ее мужа, заостряя в своем иске внимание на том, что сроки оплаты по двум из четырех расписок Митрофанова в адрес ее мужа истекали 1 и 25 ноября 2013 года, а 10 октября его зверски убили.
Напомним, ранее депутата Алексея Митрофанова уже заподозрили в другом уголовном преступлении — вымогательстве. 10 июня Госдума лишила его депутатской неприкосновенности, после чего он ушел на больничный.
