«АвтоВАЗ» сокращают 1100 менеджеров из числа сотрудников категории РСиС (руководители, специалисты и служащие). Об этом сообщают «Ведомости» со ссылкой на председателя официального профсоюза предприятия Сергея Зайцева.
Издание отмечает, что сокращения начнутся в апреле, но по закону уведомить о нем работодатель должен на три месяца раньше.
На данный момент на заводе работают 10 тыс. менеджеров, т.е. их численность предполагается снизить на 11%. По словам Зайцева, главная причина новых сокращений — снижение продаж: в 2014 году продажи Lada в России упали на 15%, до 387,3 единиц, рынок в целом — на 10,3%.
По данным источника в компании, средняя зарплата менеджеров на «АвтоВАЗе» — около 30 тыс. руб. в месяц. Таким образом, уволив 1100 человек, компания сэкономит почти 400 млн руб. в год.
