Дело по признакам согласованных действий в ценообразовании на бензин марок А-80 и А-92 между 15 владельцами АЗС Бийск, среди которых была и "Роснефть", было возбуждено в октябре прошлого года. Факт сговора был установлен.
«Роснефть-Алтайнефтепродукт» подало ходатайство в суд о своей невиновности и недоказанности выводов ФАС. Однако арбитражный суд Алтайского края оставил решение антимонопольной службы в силе.
