Управление Генпрокуратуры РФ в СЗФО проанализировало состояние законности в сфере ЖКХ, сообщает БН.ру.
В I квартале 2012 года повсеместно выявлялись и пресекались нарушения законодательства, допущенные управляющими организациями и органами местного самоуправления, по содержанию многоквартирных домов и иных объектов. Прокурорами Карелии, Архангельской, Калининградской, Мурманской, Новгородской, Псковской областей, Санкт-Петербурга выявлены факты неэффективного использования финансовых ресурсов организациями коммунального комплекса.
В ходе проверок, информирует ведомство, выявлено более 6 тыс. нарушений федерального законодательства, принесено 136 протестов на незаконные правовые акты, предъявлено более 700 исков, две трети из которых рассмотрены и удовлетворены. По результатам рассмотрения 933 представлений на 565 лиц наложены дисциплинарные взыскания. К административной ответственности по постановлениям прокуроров привлечены 235 лиц.
По фактам неэффективного использования финансовых ресурсов следственными органами возбуждено и расследуется 34 уголовных дела.
