Президиум Верховного суда отменил приговор оппозиционеру Ильдару Дадину, передает РИА «Новости».
«Уголовное дело в отношении Дадина прекратить, освободить его из-под стражи и признать право на реабилитацию», — заявил один из судей президиума.
Дадин стал первым в России человеком, осужденным за неоднократные нарушения правил проведения митингов. Ему было назначено наказание в виде 2,5 лет лишения свободы.
Ранеее прокурор попросил освободить Дадина из-под стражи.
