«Наблюдательный самолет ВВС США Boeing OC-135B, бортовой номер 61-2670, позывной #OSY12T, в зоне действия приёмника г. Комсомольск-на-Амуре. Опять полетел в Улан-Уде, видимо что-то не досмотрел в прошлый раз», — говорится в сообщении ресурса в Твиттере. По мнению главного редактора журнала «Арсенал отечества» Виктора Мураховского, США заинтересовались ракетной бригадой, развернутой в районе Читы.
Договор по открытому небу был подписан членами ОБСЕ в 1992 году. Согласно документу, государства могут проводить разведывательные полеты над территорией других стран-участниц и собирать информацию об их войсках. В прошлый раз этот самолет пролетал над Россией 23 февраля. За прошлый год подразделения радиотехнических войск ВКС России обнаружили и сопроводили более 980 тысяч летательных аппаратов. При этом около трех тысяч из них — иностранные боевые самолеты, в том числе самолеты-разведчики.
