В Мюнхене рамках открывшейся выставки инвестиций в недвижимость ExpoReal-2013 между властями Петербурга и ГК «Регионы» было подписано соглашение о строительстве крытого парка развлечений DreamWorks, сообщает пресс-служба городского комитета по инвестициям.
Инвестор готов вложить в проект 500 млн долларов.
Смольный обещал помочь инвесторам в разработке и выпуске документации для реализации проекта и его согласования, чтобы парк построили до конца 2016 года. В свою очередь «Регионы» до 15 октября должны подготовить пакет изыскательских материалов, а до 15 февраля 2014 года – разработать техническую документацию.
Комплекс возведут на территории предприятия «Ручьи», которая находится в собственности инвестора. В состав него войдут также кинотеатр, торговые зоны, кафе, зоны отдыха, паркинг на 11 тысяч машиномест.
Напомним, ранее комиссия по внесению изменений в Генплан Петербурга отказалась сменить назначение участка с промышленного на деловое. Теперь судьбу проекта сможет решить общественное обсуждение жителей Красногвардейского района. Проект пройдет общественные слушания в конце ноября 2013.
