Следственный департамент МВД России отказался возбуждать уголовное дело о хищениях при реализации федеральной целевой программы «Электронная Россия», сообщает РИА Новости. Ранее Генпрокуратура РФ установила, что в ходе реализации «Электронной России» из бюджета похищено около 300 млн рублей: Министерство связи и коммуникаций заключило с Ростелекомом контракты на сумму свыше 2 млрд, стоимость ряда программно-технических средств, по версии надзорного ведомства, при этом завышалась. Прокурорская проверка выявила также конфликт интересов Ростелекома и фирмы-закупщика.
Следственный департамент МВД настаивает на том, что переданных прокуратурой материалов недостаточно для возбуждения дела: отсутствуют результаты исследования финансовой документации, нет данных о проведении контрольно-ревизионных проверок, не проведены опросы должностных лиц. Департамент совместно с УБЭП проводит дополнительный сбор материалов.
Программа «Электронная Россия» действовала в 2002–2010 годах. Она была направлена на развитие информационных технологий. В нынешнем году реализуется новая соответствующая программа – «Информационное общество».
