Власти Петербурга рассматривают возможность отказа от использования троллейбусов, информирует «Росбалт». По словам губернатора Валентины Матвиенко, троллейбусы ухудшают ситуацию на дорогах в условиях напряжённого трафика.
Матвиенко сообщила также, что власти Петербурга обсудили с ОАО «Газпром нефть» возможность перехода городских пассажирских автобусов с дизельного на газовое топливо. По словам губернатора, пилотный проект планируется реализовать в автобусном парке N7 ГУП «Пассажиравтотранс».
