По мнению Набиуллиной, для обеспечения конкуренции с эффективной диспетчеризацией и достаточным количеством вагонов «нужно 3-4 компании с большим вагонным парком, которым они будут оперировать».
Говоря о дефиците вагонов, сложившемся в последнее время, глава Минэкономразвития призвала повышать эффективность существующих мощностей. «Нужно эффективнее использовать инфраструктуру, а сейчас процент порожнего пробега растет», — отметила она.
