Арбитражный суд Москвы оштрафовал «Аэрофлот» на 30 тысяч рублей за задержки и отмены рейсов в конце декабря 2010 года. Таким образом суд удовлетворил иск транспортной прокуратуры, требовавшей наказать «Аэрофлот» за предновогодний «аэроколлапс», сообщает РИА «Новости». Обжаловать решение суда авиаперевозчик может в течение десяти дней.
Как отметил в суде представитель прокуратуры, с 25 по 29 декабря прошлого года «Аэрофлот» отменил более 200 рейсов. Ещё свыше 300 рейсов были задержаны на срок от 2 до 55 часов.
