Президент Дмитрий Медведев вчера принял участие в расширенном заседании коллегии Федеральной службы безопасности (ФСБ), посвященной итогам деятельности за 2008 год и определению задач на 2009 год. В последнем им помог господин Медведев. Помимо традиционных задач — контрразведывательная деятельность, борьба с терроризмом, национализмом и экстремизмом — ФСБ получила задание принимать участие в контроле над эффективностью расходования выделенных на борьбу с кризисом денег.
Выступая на коллегии, Дмитрий Медведев поставил перед ФСБ задачу: отслеживать прохождение средств, выделенных правительством на борьбу с кризисом. Напомним, что речь идет о 2,1 трлн руб. (оценка Минфина), отпущенных в прошлом и этом году на поддержку банковской системы и реального сектора. «Выделенные государством немалые ресурсы должны расходоваться по назначению,— заявил президент.— Надо оперативно выявлять и пресекать любые коррупционные проявления в этой сфере. Наживаться на кризисе вдвойне преступно». «Сейчас ситуация в мире непростая,— разъяснил коллегии ФСБ господин Медведев.— Нами принимаются все меры по поддержке банковского, промышленного и строительного секторов. Нужно, чтобы деньги дошли до потребителей и чтобы они расходовались эффективно».
