Государственная дума в первом чтении приняла президентский законопроект о поправках к Конституции по объединению Высшего арбитражного и Верховного судов. Об этом сообщает РИА «Новости».
Закон был внесен на рассмотрение Госдумы 7 октября Владимиром Путиным. Документ предусматривает упразднение Высшего арбитражного суда в течение шести месяцев с момента внесения соответствующих поправок в Конституцию России и передачу его полномочий в юрисдикцию вновь создаваемого Верховного суда.
Предположительно, второе чтение пройдет 20 ноября.
