Китайское правительство в ближайшее время намерено снизить налог на импорт предметов роскоши, в том числе дорогих сумок, часов, одежды и косметики. Новая система налогообложения в отношении предметов роскоши будет обнародована к 1 октября текущего года, передаёт «Лента.ру» со ссылкой на AFP.
Налог на некоторые виды товаров может быть уменьшен до 15 процентов. В настоящее время налог на люксовые товары может достигать 30 процентов (дорогие часы) и даже 50 процентов (дорогая косметика).
За счет снижения налога китайские власти намерены повысить объём продаж предметов роскоши на внутреннем рынке. В 2010 году расходы китайцев на предметы роскоши составили 68,4 миллиарда юаней (10,6 миллиарда долларов). Больше всего — 16,9 миллиарда юаней — жители страны потратили на косметику и парфюмерию дорогих марок, 15,5 миллиарда юаней — на часы. Американские аналитики прогнозируют, что к 2020 году Китай станет крупнейшим в мире рынком сбыта люксовых товаров.
