Россия продолжает поставлять оружие в Азербайджан и Армению. Об этом заявил премьер-министр России Дмитрий Медведев, передает РИА «Новости».
Глава правительства отметил, что Россия является страной-партнером для двух государств, а для Армении выступает еще и союзником по ОДКБ.
Кроме того, Медведев заявил, что если Россия не будет поставлять оружие, то Армения и Азербайджан «будут покупать оружие в других странах, степень его смертоносности от этого не уменьшится». По словам Медведева, приход новых поставщиков оружия может усложнить ситуацию в регионе.
Также Медведев сообщил, что не исключает влияния «турецкого фактора» в регионе.
