Губернатор Петербурга Георгий Полтавченко подписал поправки в закон о митингах и демонстрациях, согласно которому Невский проспект, Исаакиевская и Дворцовая площади станут закрытыми для массовых акций. Документ размещен на сайте Смольного дворца и вступит в силу через десять дней после опубликования.
Согласно документу, митинги также запрещено проводить на расстоянии менее 50 метров от зданий, где располагаются органы государственной власти города.
При этом действие поправок не распространяется на проведение встреч депутатов заксобрания города с избирателями, религиозных обрядов и культурно-массовых мероприятий.
