Новым премьером Непала избран лидер Коммунистической партии Кхадгу Прасада Оли

Напомним, в воскресенье, 11 октября, парламент Непала выбирал премьер-министра из двух кандидатур – экс-премьера Сушил Коирала и лидера коммунистической партии страны Кхадгу Прасада Оли.

По результатам голосования, лидер коммунистов получил 338 голосов. Причем, как отмечается, за него проголосовали многие небольшие партии, в том числе и конкуренты-коммунисты — другая Коммунистическая партия страны.

Соперник Оли, лидер партии «Непальский конгресс» и экс-премьер строаны Сушил Коирала, получил 249 голосов.

Новый премьер вступает в должность в непростое для страны время: в стране продолжаются протесты по поводу новой конституции, а также крайне напряженный отношения сложились к этому времени с соседней Индией.
