Инноград получит 17 земельных участков. В общей сложности Фонду «Сколково» передадут 2,8 миллионов квадратных метров земли. Передачу имущества правительство поручило Фонду развития жилищного строительства РФ. На земельных участках расположены 13 объектов, которые не представляются особой ценности. Большинство из них – сельскохозяйственные строения.
Напомним, что идея иннограда «Сколково» заключается в создании благоприятной среды для концентрации интеллектуального капитала, способного генерировать инновации. Речь идёт о создании аналога американской силиконовой долины. По задумке авторов проекта, в иннограде будут жить около 30 тысяч человек.
