В 2011 году легальную работу в Санкт-Петербурге смогут получить 197,3 тысяч иностранцев. Как сообщили в пресс-службе Министерства здравоохранения и социального развития РФ, общероссийская квота составляет 1,7 млн разрешений на работу, 30% от потенциального количества иностранцев, претендующих на работу в России, находится в резерве, то есть не распределено между субъектами Федерации. Санкт-Петербург получил наиболее высокую квоту среди всех субъектов Федерации.
Наибольшую часть привлекаемых для работы в Санкт-Петербурге иностранцев составят неквалифицированные рабочие, общие для всех отраслей экономики — около 80 тысяч человек. В качестве строительных рабочих планируется задействовать 45,7 тысяч приезжих. Водителями и машинистами подвижного оборудования смогут работать около 14 тысяч иностранцев, в сфере услуг — 12,5 тысяч, в машиностроении и металлообработке — 7,8 тысяч.
Предполагается, что 12 тысяч иностранцев смогут занять должности руководителей организаций, учреждений, предприятий или их подразделений, 1,5 тысячи — среднего персонала в области финансово-экономической, административной и социальной деятельности, 2,6 тысячи — в области научной и инженерной деятельности.
Квота на выдачу иностранцам приглашений для въезда в Россию в целях осуществления трудовой деятельности в Санкт-Петербурге составила 33,8 тысяч работников. Квота на получение разрешения на временное проживание в Санкт-Петербурге составила 2 тысячи. В Ленинградской области в 2011 году будет выдано 17 тысяч разрешений, из них 9,2 тысячи разрешений — неквалифицированным и/или строительным рабочим. Квота на получение разрешения на временное проживание в Ленинградской области составила 1,5 тысячи.
Напомним, в 2010 году квота на Санкт-Петербург составила 34,6 тысяч разрешений, в целом в России — 1,94 млн разрешений.
