Пресс-секретарь Басманного суда Москвы Екатерина Кротова сообщила о том, что Управление делами президента РФ обратилось в суд с иском о защите чести, достоинства и деловой репутации. Управление требует взыскать 1 миллион рублей с «Новой газеты» за распространение недостоверной информации.
Истцы говорят о том, что в 74-м номере «Новой газеты» от 12.06.2010 в одной из статей говорится, что имеются факты коррупции при строительстве объектов, находящихся в ведении Управления делами президента РФ. В Управлении настаивают на необходимости опровержения этих сведений. Моральный ущерб там оценили в 1 миллион рублей.
