«Разумеется, все действия в рамках этих проверок, учений и так далее — все это осуществляется в строгом соответствии с международным правом», — заявил Песков.
Он также отметил, что Владимир Путин не раз заявлял, что внезапные проверки являются обычной практикой для развития и совершенствования Вооруженных сил России.
Ранее в Краснодарском крае в рамках стратегической командно-штабной тренировки были подняты по тревоге бригады спецназа и авиабаза армейской авиации.
