В украинском селе Будераж Здолбуновского района Ровенщины 3 декабря 2016 года прошла научно-практическая конференция «АБН как предпосылка создания единого фронта против кремлёвской агрессии». Участвовали учёные-историки, политические активисты из нескольких стран, депутаты различных уровней.
АБН – Антибольшевистский блок народов – был учреждён в апреле 1946 года. В него вошли подпольные и эмигрантские организации антикоммунистических националистов республик СССР и стран Восточной Европы (впоследствии к ним примкнули кубинские и вьетнамские эмигранты). Ведущее место занимала Организация украинских националистов, лидерами являлись Ярослав Стецько и его жена Ярослава (Слава). АБН сыграл видную роль в годы Холодной войны, отличался особой активностью в антикоммунистическом и антисоветском противостоянии. При этом АБН отличался принципиальной антиимпериалистической направленностью – поддерживал антиколониальные движения не только в республиках СССР и государствах Варшавского договора, но и в Индии, Индонезии, Китае, странах Африки.
Незадолго до создания АБН, 21–22 ноября 1943-го, на Ровенщине состоялась подпольная Конференция порабощённых народов Восточной Европы и Азии. Представители 13 национальностей призвали к совместной борьбе с тоталиатрными империями Сталина и Гитлера (именно так, на два фронта). Проходила конференция в том же селе Будераж. 73-ю годовщину и отмечали собравшиеся 3 декабря.
Выступили глава Здолбуновской районной администрации Сергей Кондрачук, депутат Верховной Рады Олег Медуница, председатель Меджлиса крымскотатарского народа Рефат Чубаров. Историки Мария Базелюк, Ольга Резниченко, Владимир Марчук, Игорь Марчук, Владимир Трофимович, Андрей Живюк, Рустем Жангожа, Антон Бабич подробно рассказывали о конференции 1943-го, истории АБН, биографии Славы Стецько. Но при этом деятельность АБН сопоставлялась с нынешним противостоянием Украинской революции с властями РФ. В выступлении Владимира Трофимовича прозвучала важная мысль: это война жизненных ценностей, а не политичеких интересов. Поэтому дипломатия не в силах урегулировать этот конфликт.
В АБН не были представлены русские организации. Но в Будераже 3 декабря 2016-го они присутствовали. Ожидалось выступление известной петербургской оппозиционерки Ольги Курносовой, но она не смогла прибыть по независящим от неё причинам. Однако её имя прозвучало с трибуны.
По словам организаторов, в зале находились другие российские активисты, которых решили не называть по именам. В одном из докладов говорилось, что в России действуют радикально-антиимперские республиканские организации, продолжающие традиции Антибольшевистского блока народов и Всемирной антикоммунистической лиги. Были названы, в частности, «Движение Славянского Освобождения Русский Майдан» (ранее собщалось о его сотрудничестве с Добровольческим Рухом ОУН), «Русская повстанческая армия», «Волки Сибири».
