В частности, долгосрочный рейтинг подтвержден на уровне В-, краткосрочный — на уровне В со стабильным прогнозом.
S&P считает, что правительство Белоруссии ведет рациональную политику в финансовой сфере, а также стремится адаптировать экономику государства к сложным внешним экономическим условиям.
