Расследование убийства Галины Старовойтовой вступило в новую стадию. Следователи приступают к изучению показаний Михаила Глущенко на «детекторе лжи». Процедура психофизической экспертизы и обработка её результатов рассчитаны на несколько недель. Выводы, сделанные на их основе, укажут путь дальнейших изысканий.
Полгода назад Михаил Глущенко, обвиняемый в организации убийства Галины Старовойтовой, назвал заказчиком преступления петербургского пенсионера Владимира Барсукова, находящегося последние семь лет в местах лишения свободы. Видимо это обвинение показалось следователю Александру Никитину противоречащим здравому смыслу. Он сразу же заявил, что необходимо проверить Глущенко на полиграфе. С предварительной экспертизой на вменяемость.
Из сумасшедшего дома Глущенко вернулся в тюрьму (он, кстати, отбывает 8-летний срок за вымогательство) с диагнозом «здоров». Теперь начинается второй этап — собственно проверка на детекторе. Результат её предсказать практически невозможно, поскольку считается, что обмануть полиграф не так уж сложно. К этому вовсе не нужно, как герою Грэма Грина, готовиться в течение нескольких лет. Не особенно нужны химические препараты или физические стимуляторы. Теоретически на это способен любой человек, умеющий контролировать свои реакции. Попросту держать себя в руках.
Лучше всего такое, полагают специалисты, удаётся социальным психопатам, для которых ложь и наплевательство на какие-либо моральные ограничения — естественное состояние. И статистика вроде бы это подтверждает. В США, где метод полиграфа имеет давние традиции, достоверность результатов не превышает семидесяти процентов.
Но кто сказал, что Глущенко непременно будет лгать? В конце концов, ему доверяли Жириновский и товарищи по партии, доверяли даже избиратели. Может быть, Глущенко назовёт полиграфу имя настоящего заказчика, потому что ему проще разговаривать по душам с бездушной машиной, чем с живым человеком. И имя это будет не Барсуков.
Не надо быть юристом, чтобы понять — на вопрос «кому выгодно?» нынешняя версия Глущенко ответа не даёт. Барсуков даже теоретически не мог получить никакой выгоды от смерти Галины Старовойтовой. Она не занималась бизнесом, а он не интересовался публичной политикой. Хотя политика сильно интересовалась им. И интересуется до сих пор. Уголовные дела против него иначе как политическими не назовёшь. Это, собственно, и озвучил уже на следующий день после ареста Барсукова сам генпрокурор Юрий Чайка, назвав бандитом до суда и следствия. Это доказал и сам приговор: по так называемым «рейдерским» делам из четырёх десятков эпизодов вменить удалось лишь три, зато осудили за них Барсукова аж на пятнадцать лет. Это ещё раз подтвердила прокурор Ирина Шляева, подавшая апелляционную жалобу в Верховный суд на оправдательный приговор Барсукову в деле о покушении на совладельца ПНТ Сергея Васильева.
И для того, чтобы отпали все сомнения, в очередной раз был проделан затасканный фокус — как заяц из шляпы на свет извлечено обвинение по 210-й статье в организации преступного сообщества. И снова — за неимением доказательств — продлено расследование. Пока что до конца года. То есть до тех пор, пока Верховный суд не примет решения по апелляции. Или до получения результатов проверки Глущенко на полиграфе.
Впрочем, если Верховный суд рассмотрит дело объективно и оставит приговор в силе, а Глущенко назовёт истинного заказчика, и никаких доказательств в организации ОПС так и не будет найдено — наверняка появится что-нибудь ещё. Например, неожиданно продвинется расследование убийств Георгия Позднякова (близкий друг Барсукова) и Яна Гуревского (его деловой партнёр). Пока что нет ни одного доказательства причастности Барсукова, но следствие не дремлет. Вернее, дремлет вполглаза, ведя расследование аккурат до того момента, когда истечёт срок давности. Тогда дело можно будет рассматривать без суда присяжных, то есть быстро и с предсказуемым результатом. А если и это не поможет, то время всё-таки есть (приговор по рейдерству ещё никто не отменил), можно подыскать ещё какое-нибудь резонансное убийство — Листьева, Маневича, Новосёлова, Бенигно Акино…
