Следствие по делу экс-министра экономического развития Алексея Улюкаева попросило продлить срок его домашнего ареста до 15 апреля. Об этом сообщила пресс-секретарь Басманного суда Москвы Юнона Царева, передает РИА «Новости».
«В суд поступило ходатайство следствия о продлении обвиняемому Улюкаеву меры пресечения в виде содержания под стражей», — сказала она.
Царева уточнила, что суд рассмотрит ходатайство следствия 10 января.
В середине декабря 2016 года Басманный суд Москвы наложил арест на десять земельных участков и жилой дом экс-главы Минэкономразвития Алексея Улюкаева в качестве обеспечительной меры по делу о взятке.
