Комиссия правительства РФ по законопроектной деятельности одобрила законопроекты о продлении срока амнистии капиталов, сообщается на сайте кабмина. Документы разработаны в Минфине РФ. Отмечается, что законопроекты будут рассмотрены на заседании правительства.
Законопроекты предлагают продлить амнистию капиталов до 1 марта 2020 года срок. Владельцы зарубежных счетов и активов должны провести репатриацию денежных средств и сменить на российскую юрисдикцию подконтрольных иностранных компаний. Для этого создано два специальных административных района — в Калининградской области и в Приморье. Как ранее сообщал замминистра финансов Илья Трунин, подать декларацию по новому этапу можно будет с 1 мая 2019 года по 29 февраля 2020 года.
«Законопроектами предлагается продлить до 1 марта 2020 года срок добровольного декларирования физическими лицами активов и счетов в банках с сохранением всех установленных гарантий, при условии репатриации этими лицами денежных средств, государственной регистрации в рамках смены юрисдикции подконтрольных им иностранных компаний в специальных административных районах на территориях Калининградской области и Приморского края», – говорится в документе.
Ранее в России уже проводилась амнистия капитала. В первый раз – с 1 июля 2015 года по 30 июня 2016 года, потом ее продлили на период с 1 марта 2018 года по 28 февраля 2019 года. Ранее президент РФ Владимир Путин предложил продлить амнистию капиталов еще минимум на год для тех, кто переводит средства в Россию и регистрирует бизнес в САР.
