Генеральная прокуратура Украины (ГПУ) начала расследование служебной халатности высшего руководства компании «Нафтогаз», которая могла привести к неуплате налоговой задолженности. Об этом сообщают «Украинские новости» со ссылкой на пресс-службу генпрокуратуры.
Сотрудник пресс-службы ГПУ рассказал, что расследование было начато 20 мая по заявлению депутата Верховной рады Виктории Войцицкой от партии «Самопомощь».
По данным СМИ, в Единый реестр досудебных расследований (ЕРДР) ведомости были внесены по ч. 2 ст. 367 (служебная халатность) УК Украины.
Ранее сообщалось, что компания «Нафтогаз» отказывается гасить выставленный российской госкомпанией «Газпром» счет в размере $670 млн.
