В правительстве разработан проект указа о приватизации «Башнефти», предусматривающий продажу всей государственной доли в компании (что составляет до 50% акций). Об этом сообщает РИА «Новости» со ссылкой на замминистра экономического развития России Николая Подгузова.
Об этом чиновник сообщил, отвечая на вопрос, готово ли государство продать весь пакет в «Башнефти» в ходе приватизации.
Россия в лице Росимущества владеет 50,08% акционерного капитала «Башнефти», Башкирии принадлежит 25%. Еще 4,67% акций находится на балансе «дочек» «Башнефти», 15,59% — прочих юрлиц (в том числе у номинальных держателей).
Ранее президент «Башнефти» Александр Корсик выступил за сохранение 25% акций у Башкирии.
