Дмитрий Добров, председатель правления Союза производителей алкогольной продукции обратился к президенту Владимиру Путину с просьбой не повышать стоимость акцизов на водку до 2017 года, передает газета «Коммерсантъ».
В письме предложено зафиксировать ставку акциза на уровне 400 рублей за 1 л безводного спирта на 2014–2016 годы. Из-за резкого роста акциза произошло сокращение выпуска легальной водки. Падение составило 28,3%.
«Государство может недополучить более 150 млрд рублей акцизов и других налогов… Будет нанесен существенный ущерб здоровью населения из-за резкого повышения потребления нелегального алкоголя… Резко возрастут и составят около 100 млрд рублей в год доходы теневых структур», — пишет Добров.
