По его словам, при закрытии Босфора и Дарданелл 110–115 млн тонн нефти и нефтепродуктов «должны уйти через какие-то другие направления», в их обход.
«Турки тоже умеют считать: транспортировка одной тонны нефти стоит в среднем 3 доллара, не больше 4 долларов. Давайте умножим 110 миллионов тонн на 4 доллара — это то, что потеряет Турция», — сказал глава «Транснефти».
В то же время руководитель «Транснефти» подчеркнул, что Россия обладает достаточным профицитом трубопроводных мощностей, чтобы в случае перекрытия Турцией проливов перенаправить поставки нефти для выполнения своих обязательств.
«Мы свою нефть раскидаем без проблем», — заявил Токарев, добавив вывод о том, что реальной угрозы с транспортировкой российской нефти через проливы нет.
