Известному художнику-декоратору Борису Краснову предъявлено обвинение в вымогательстве, сообщает РБК.
Еще одним фигурантом данного дела является руководитель департамента внешнеэкономических отношений Министерства промышленности и торговли РФ Сергей Шилов. Ему также предъявлено обвинение. Оба обвиняются в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ст.163 Уголовного кодекса РФ (вымогательство).
По данным следствия, в период с 7 июля по 29 августа 2011 года в ресторанах и других общественных местах Б.Краснов с сообщниками неоднократно предъявляли гендиректору ООО «Группа компаний «Инконнект» незаконные требования о передаче им коммерческой организации, стоимость которой оценена в 5 млн руб. Бизнесмену угрожали распространением заведомо ложной информации, которая могла навредить его компании.
Останкинский суд Москвы на минувшей неделе выдал санкции на арест фигурантов данного дела. Решением суда Борис Краснов остается на свободе под залог в 5 млн руб.
Борис Краснов — украинский и российский художник, сценограф, дизайнер, продюсер. Восьмикратный лауреат национальной премии «Овация» (1994-1996гг.), лауреат премии Москвы в области литературы и искусства (1996г.), почетный член Российской академии художеств (2007г.) и др.
