Информагентство «АПН – Северо-Запад» поместило сообщение об учредительном съезде украинской национал-солидаристской организации «Добровольческий Рух ОУН» (ДР ОУН) – Добровольческое движение Организация украинских националистов. Движение создано на основе добровольческого батальона «ОУН», путём размежевания с прежней одноимённой организацией. Председателем единогласно избран командир батальона Микола Коханивский.
Съезд утвердил программу ДР ОУН. Украине предлагается развитие по трём этапам: национальная революция, национальная диктатура, национальная солидарность. Движение Коханивского отличается не только военной активностью батальона, но и выраженными социальными акцентами антибюрократического и антиолигархического характера, ориентацией на вооружённую самоорганизацию и «управление снизу». Микола Коханивский не раз призывал к экспроприациям крупной собственности и созданию революционных трибуналов. Характерно, что он объявлял врагами не только режим Владимира Путина и его прямую агентуру, но и президента Петра Порошенко, а также Евросоюз.
Комментаторы проводят параллели между созданием ДР ОУН (порвавшего со структурой Богдана Червака) и выделением в исторической ОУН революционного крыла Степана Бандеры в 1940 году.
