«Состоялось отделение спутника Astra-2G от разгонного блока “Бриз-М”», — рассказали в Роскосмосе.
Astra-2G был изготовлен Airbus Defence and Space, которая является подразделением европейской группы компаний Airbus Group по заказу оператора спутниковой связи SES, который расположен в Люксембурге.
Контрольный пакет акций в ILS принадлежит Центру им. Хруничева, разработчику и изготовителю ракеты-носителя «Протон» и разгонного блока «Бриз-М».
