Связано это с первым рабочим после длительных праздников днем. У многих пассажиров закончился срок действия проездных билетов либо нет жетонов на метро. В связи с этим им пришлось встать в очередь.
Сами работники метрополитена, во избежание потери времени в очередях в кассы метро, советуют пользоваться наземным транспортом либо приобретать проездные жетоны и карточки заранее.
