Кроме того, в обращении Сердюков обратил внимание на стабильность, рентабельность и рост основных производственных показателей «Русал Бокситогорск». Следовательно, компания обладает возможностью повысить заработные платы. Под обращением губернатора также подписался председатель Федерации профсоюзов Санкт-Петербурга и Ленобласти Владимир Дербин.
