Об этом, как сообщает Лента.ру со ссылкой на «Интерфакс», госсекретарь США Хиллари Клинтон рассказала на пресс-конференции по итогам саммита АТЭС.
Когда эти проекты будут рассмотрены, Клинтон не уточнила. Однако она выразила надежду, что поправка Джексона-Вэника будет отменена в сентябре 2012 года.
Отмена поправки, ограничивающей права американских предпринимателей на российском рынке, связывается с принятием «закона Магнитского». В начале августа Конгресс США отложил рассмотрением обоих проектов до окончания каникул, которые длятся в течение пяти недель.
