Правительство подготовило поправки в Налоговый кодекс о налоге на недвижимость. Об этом заявил Дмитрий Медведев.
Глава правительства отметил, что новый налог на недвижимость будет введен в России с 2014 года. Для этого во всех регионах уже проведена актуальная кадастровая оценка имущества. В Москве и Петербурге эти работы выполнены за региональный счет.
Новые ставки налога на недвижимость будут значительно выше существующих. По предварительным данным, за среднюю петербургскую двушку нужно будет платить 3 – 5 тысяч рублей в год, сообщает «Фонтанка».
