Около 2,995 миллиона преступлений зарегистрировано на территории России в 2009 году, что на 6,7% меньше, чем в 2008 году, сообщил в четверг на расширенном заседании коллегии Следственного комитета при прокуратуре (СКП) РФ по итогам работы следственных органов в 2009 году глава ведомства Александр Бастрыкин.
Он также отметил, что в прошедшем году значительно возросла эффективность следствия. "В производстве следователей находилось 196,224 тысячи уголовных дела. В суд направлено 100,894 тысячи уголовных дел, что составляет 94,7% от числа оконченных. Для сравнения, в 2008 году этот процент составил 93,9%", — отметил Бастрыкин.
