Уроженцу России Сергею Алейникову предъявлены обвинения в краже секретов компании Goldman Sachs, в которой он работал программистом. Обвинение предъявлено федеральным судом Манхэттена, сообщает агентство Associated Press.
Сторона обвинения утверждает, что С.Алейников, последнее время проживавший в американском штате Нью-Джерси, скачал секретную информацию и отправил ее на один из серверов в Германии. Вдобавок он прихватил с собой данные, которые позже позволили ему устроиться в чикагскую компанию Teza Technologies, разрабатывавшую новую высокоскоростную систему торгов.
Известно, что С.Алейников покинул Goldman Sachs в июне прошлого года. Именно в последний день своей работы он и совершил правонарушение, за которое его теперь привлекают к ответственности.
Официальных комментариев со стороны адвоката россиянина Сабины Шрофф пока не поступало. По некоторым данным, решение манхэттенского суда будет обжаловано. Сам С.Алейников ранее был задержан ФБР.
